Pygott & Crone was first established in 1991 with our first branch being right here in Sleaford. Over the years we have grown, and moved premises, and expanded our range of services in addition to our core residential estate agency. We now have dedicated new homes specialists, a team of RICS chartered surveyors in the commercial and survey departments, in-house mortgage & protection advice; all backed up by a central team delivering a first class customer service.
Jamie Aspland is our branch manager, Sleaford born and bred; and heads the team together with director Ian Pygott, who has provided expert property advice for over 30 years now. Jamie is an enthusiastic and dedicated relocation specialist who once was awarded with being the most successful specialist in the entire country.

Top notch service
Excellent Service
All the team members at Pygott&Crone Sleaford were friendly, helpful and professional. Once we had an offer that we accepted Coral was outstanding at explaining and supporting us through the process through to contract exchange. She was quick to build great relationships with our buyer, the buyers solicitors and our own. She has great communication skills and kept us up to date at all times with what was going on. She quickly resolved a couple of issues before they impacted on the schedule by effective comms with key players. She totally kept us sane through a very anxious time. Great job Coral – Outstanding service
Top notch service.
Over and above anything we could have expected. Everyone is very professional, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
Always really polite and helpful.
Really happy with service and will recommend to others.
