Excellent service and communication. Very good price and by far the best agents in lincolnshire, I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell. Other agents valued my house lower and tried to suggest that Pygott and Crone over priced and it would take ages to sell. Well they were wrong and I sold on the second viewing at their ‘inflated price’. I had loads of viewings too! Over 15k more than other valuations. Money in my pocket!
