Pygott & Crone was first established in 1991 with our first branch being right here in Sleaford. Over the years we have grown, and moved premises, and expanded our range of services in addition to our core residential estate agency. We now have dedicated new homes specialists, a team of RICS chartered surveyors in the commercial and survey departments, in-house mortgage & protection advice; all backed up by a central team delivering a first class customer service.
Jamie Aspland is our branch manager, Sleaford born and bred; and heads the team together with director Ian Pygott, who has provided expert property advice for over 30 years now. We’re the appointed Relocation Agent for the Sleaford area, meaning we have been hand-picked to provide relocation services as part of a network of 600 branches nationwide. Jamie is an enthusiastic and dedicated relocation specialist who once was awarded with being the most successful specialist in the entire country.
