Sydney Inglis was superb throughout. She listened to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the houses available in the development. When I made a second and third (!) visit, she remembered the relevant details and also made family members welcome. She answered e-mails speedily and was extremely helpful in getting certain modifications for the house to meet my specifications.
