We are located in the town centre on Boston Road South, just north of the crossroads, and look forward to welcoming you into our branch to discuss your property requirements. At Holbeach we have a small, focused and friendly team who can provide the best service based on your individual circumstances. All staff with whom I came into contact were friendly and helpful. Particular praise must be given to Tracy Earth at the Spalding Office for “keeping me sane” throughout what at times seemed to be a never ending series of delays with regards to my purchasers. A guide to Holbeach

Holbeach is an ancient market town, the third largest in the Lincolnshire fens and until the beginning of the 19th century the sea came within 2 miles of the town. The land drainage programs of the 18th and 19th centuries now mean that Holbeach is surround by more than 23,000 acres of reclaimed agricultural fertile land.

Holbeach is a home to a campus of the university of Lincoln. Known as the Holbeach Technology Park it is dedicated to the study of food manufacturing technology. There are 2 primary schools and a secondary school education can be found at the University Academy Holbeach.
