Sold my house through Pygott & Crone (Boston branch) what a lovely team of people very good communication throughout. Used there recomended solicitors (stonebow law) very fast and responsive service, if I ever had any questions or worries I could either call them or the estate agents they were all on the same page. Very happy in our new home thankyou to all involved 😊 😀 ❤️

I needed to sell my parents house since my mum had recently passed away and my dad had to go into a care home.
I had spoken to Nicky on the phone to start the whole process and she was excellent, extremely sympathetic and understanding with the circumstances.
We had agreed to have Leanne come to meet us at the property to discuss the options of a normal sale or sale through modern auction and we decided on the auction for a quicker turn around.
Leanne was spot on with her input and direction towards our needs and was also a pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend using Pygott and Crone if I was looking to sell a property for their pure excellence of what they do and for how satisfied I was during such a difficult time, they made it incredibly stress free!

Amazing team at the Grantham Branch, they all work so well together functioning as one family, warm & friendly from the moment you walk in. They have a great positive attitude and are detailed in explanations since I don’t have any knowledge in buying/selling property, finance, law or construction, the terminology goes over my head, I’m also terrible with paperwork, but the team helped me so much chasing up documents & writing emails on my behalf.

Because of my occupation I was not always able to make appointments, so it was super helpful I could walk in anytime to ask for advice & assistance, even online they responded so quick to emails. They also advised me on the current market going up & down to negotiate prices which actually did help in the final sale of my property. I was very satisfied with the final figure as I did not have to take a loss but gained profit from my property investment.

The team interacted with my whole family which made it heartwarming, we were all making decisions together and made it less ‘formal business’ with more ‘casual conversations’ which I preferred, it made every conversation genuine knowing they had my best interests at heart.

Really helpful from start to finish, quickly getting our property valued and on the market. My fiancé Filip and I took the step to buy our house together this summer. Tejun (TJ) was one of the first estate agents we spoke to, TJ still stepped up and helped us in every way possible. He put us in contact with some of the most hard working people who made this process of buying a house as smooth as possible which considering I fell victim to a scam during this process he and Tommy Luff (the mortgage advisor TJ recommended) was incredibly helpful and truly a blessing to have on our sides throughout this entire journey.

We truly have much thanks and appreciation for both of these men specifically for aiding us in all of our questions and queries.

From when we started looking at properties, Pygott & Crone have been great, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
One person particularly stood out – Jade Frost – she got to know us, has a family, and understood our needs, if I went to her with a property, she would discuss our needs and say whether she thought it was suitable, for example we wanted something close to amenities, a few of the properties I called her about, she would go through how close things were, what was available in the area, etc.
If we were adamant about seeing it she would take us but her advice was always very clear and helpful, which saved us a lot of time wasting looking at properties that weren’t really suitable.
All in all it has been a good experience viewing with Pygott & Crone.

Pygott and Crone have provided a great service from the initial valuation with luke visiting for the valuation to photographs being taken was very easy.
Demi Miller one the senior sales negotiaters has been so helpful all the way through.
Demi is very polite and has a lovely calming telephone manner which makes you feel at ease. She is very understanding and empathetic when things can become a worry when looking for your new home. Emails are replied very quickly and if she is not available her collegues at Pygott and Crone will always provide good support and advice in a respectful and timley manner.
