We got in touch with Pygott & Crone following seeing a house we wanted to view. Edward called back on the same day and booked us in for when we were next available. We then became available before so rung back up to change the date and they were really flexible and got us in earlier. Edward has been incredible to speak to, he’s been informative and has offered us other properties to look at which met our requirements. He was prompt booking the viewings in and answering any questions. Emily was very helpful in providing answers to questions I had about a property which assisted us in making an offer. Emma was an absolute delight showing us round, she was very informative, friendly and polite. She put our offer in straight away and Edward handled the negotiations incredibly well. They’ve been a pleasure to work with in our first step of home buying. Thank you all so much.

Dale and the team at Pygott and Crone have recently sold our property in Forest Town for us, throughout the sale they all acted in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. Dale attended every viewing we had and didn’t just leave us to show viewers around like some agents seem to do.

P&G at Boston provided an exceptional service from the off – the engagement and advice offered during the initial valuation was first class and the team in the office (Joe, Sam & Holly) proved to be incredibly professional throughout our elongated sales process. After our initial sale fell through, despite their very best efforts to secure closure, they regrouped and worked exceptionally hard to re-market & finalise our recent sale.
