My fiancé Filip and I took the step to buy our house together this summer. Tejun (TJ) was one of the first estate agents we spoke to, TJ still stepped up and helped us in every way possible. He put us in contact with some of the most hard working people who made this process of buying a house as smooth as possible which considering I fell victim to a scam during this process he and Tommy Luff (the mortgage advisor TJ recommended) was incredibly helpful and truly a blessing to have on our sides throughout this entire journey.

We truly have much thanks and appreciation for both of these men specifically for aiding us in all of our questions and queries.

We recently purchased a property through Pygott and Crone Lincoln. We were supported by George Reed who was exceptionally professional, polite and fast to respond to all of our queries. Having dealt with a lot of Lincoln estate agents during our search and having had some quite poor experiences with others, I can report that P&C and George in particular are among the very best.

I have used Pygott and Crone lettings for several years and have also found them to be proactive and responsive. They have been efficient and fair to both myself as property owner but also the tenants. One big plus is they do physical checks on the property – and make notes that can be seen by me if needed. From first meeting with Michael to discuss my options on letting to years later with having had many dealings with different staff I have no complaints.

What a fabulous team that work together and nothing is to much trouble. Would highly recommend

Recently viewed a property with this agents. We have been looking for our ideal home for some time now, I have to say, sometimes you get the feeling the agent has better things to, and would rather be somewhere else…. this was far from the case with the agent from Pygott & Crone. Nothing was too much trouble, the fact she had attended this viewing on her way home from work was testament to her commitment to the job. She was very polite and cheerful, never rushing us in any way, we felt guilty she had given up her own time, but she reassured us it was no problem at all, and gave us all the time we needed. She never once gave off any hurry up vibes, which you can get from some agents. I can’t stress enough how helpfull this agent was, a real asset to your agency.
