A great team at Pygott and Crone.

Quote

Everyone I met and spoke to at Pygott and Crone was extremely helpful and friendly, also very patient.
At the beginning I had various questions and worries, mainly about the legal paperwork, infinitely more complicated since my last move. They explained everything clearly despite it not really being part of their remit.
Also at the end when the solicitors needed a real push.
I would definitely use them again. ( Although all the legal paperwork has made me vow never to move again.)
Not so for Stonebow. I have to say that, in my opinion, Stonebow was pretty useless.
Very poor with their communications and on several occasions my responses to direct questions were obviously unread. The Tracker thing was also a waste of time.

Clear, concise, and delivered what they said they would

Quote

I am writing this on behalf of my father-in-law, who has dementia and is no longer able to comprehend or understand the processes etc. We engaged Pygott & Grone over a year ago when my father-in-law was unable to live alone, albeit, in a self contained flat in a senior citizen building. As a family, we took the decision to sell our percentage off of the flat. Unfortunately, despite Pygott & Grone securing a buyer very quickly, the sale fell through at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances on the Byers part. Pygott & Grone continued and managed to secure another buyer. Despite a lot of issues etc. with the flat being part ownership, Pygott & Grone continues to support us and keeping us informed throughout with clear communication etc. I would throughly recommend Pygott & Grone as they have delivered what they said they would do. Well done to all the team at Boston. Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough of Pygott & Crone. Even though they were not acting for us they included us in as many updates to the process as we could have hoped for, even to the extent of informing us of completion BEFORE our own conveyancer did. If we move again, we shall definitely go to Pygott & Crone.

A guide to Boston

Boston is a traditional medieval market town, home of the magnificent 14th century St Botolph’s Church, more commonly known as The Stump. The 14th century Stump remains one of the East of England’s most imposing landmarks, and from the top of the tower there are spectacular views of The Wash estuary to the South, the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds to the North and Lincoln Cathedral to the West.

Today the town is a great place for days out, attractions, shopping and leisure. People can immerse themselves in history, heritage and culture including the town’s famous Wednesday and Saturday large traditional markets, which has been established for over 450 years. The town centre is a bright airy space great for pedestrians and in addition, the market place also hosts craft fairs and the yearly Boston May Fun Fair. The towns medieval network of lanes are home to many independent shops, cafes and national retailers.
