Experienced Sales Negotiator - Nottingham

Are you an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of excellent customer service? Are you looking for the chance to start an exciting career in an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support our fast growing Nottingham office.

The role will be based at our Nottingham branch, the hours are Mon to Fri 8:30-5.30pm and alternate Sat 9-4pm (with a day off in lieu). A full driving licence will be required. The successful applicant must be of smart appearance, able to work on their own initiative and as a part of a team, possess good communication skills and be highly motivated with experience as a sales negotiator within Estate Agency.

The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus a generous commission structure which results in an OTE of £25,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience.

Residential Lettings Property Manager - Nottingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Pygott and Crone Lettings for a Property Manager, working within our expanding team.

Our Lettings Team require a full-time experienced Property Manager to cover our Nottingham property portfolio, dealing with current landlords as well as introducing new business. The role will involve using the full Microsoft office suite of programs as well as learning our in-house software system; therefore, a good level of computer skills is essential.

The right candidate will be organised, with a good attention to detail, time management, confident on the phone with a friendly and outgoing manner. Lettings experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 10 to 4pm with a day in lieu.

Salary: OTE £30,000 - £35,000 + company car allowance | Full Time

Sales Progressor - Boston

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in exceptional customer service who can liaise with clients on property values at all levels. Our Boston Team require a full time Sales Progressor.

The successful person takes over the sales process once a buyer has been secured on a property and the role is to liaise with our sellers, their buyers, all solicitors and other people in the chain to ensure the free flowing of communication ensure that once a sale has been agreed all things progress as smoothly as possible to completion. Maturity and empathy are essential as you will be dealing with clients during what can sometimes be a stressful point in their lives, however the role is very rewarding.

Working hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9-4pm with a day off in-lieu.

Salary: Basic salary plus commission and have an OTE of £18,000 to £22,000. | Full Time

Sales Negotiator - Boston

Our Boston Team require a full time sales person who has a passion and desire to be successful whilst delivering first rate customer service. No previous estate agency experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however the ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, be of smart appearance and have the ability to deal with clients professionally at all levels.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day off in-lieu. Drivers licence essential.

Sales Negotiator - Lincoln

Are you looking for the chance to start an exciting career in an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support our existing team in our Lincoln and North Hykeham branches.

Pygott & Crone require a full-time sales negotiator to support our existing sales team.  The ideal candidate must have a desire to be successful whilst delivering first rate customer service. No previous estate agency experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, be of smart appearance and can deal with clients professionally at all levels.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day off in-lieu. Drivers licence essential.

Sales Negotiator / Customer Service Advisor - Sleaford

Based at our Sleaford Office, we require a full-time salesperson, no estate agency experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, be of smart appearance and can deal with clients professionally at all levels. Previous sales, customer service or telesales skills would be advantageous but full training will be given. The role will involve liaising with the Company's existing and previous client base, arranging viewings, sales negotiation, property transactions, advising of services which meet their individual requirements including property sales and lettings, financial service products, removals, surveys, and many more of the wide range of services being developed by the Company as well as assisting customers on the live chat facility.

Hours of work are: -
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sundays 10am to 2pm on a rota basis with a day in lieu given during the week.

Salary: Basic salary plus a commission structure which results in an OTE of approx. £24,000. | Full Time
