Residential Lettings Property Manager - Nottingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Pygott and Crone Lettings for a Property Manager, working within our expanding team.

Our Lettings Team require a full-time experienced Property Manager to cover our Nottingham property portfolio, dealing with current landlords as well as introducing new business. The role will involve using the full Microsoft office suite of programs as well as learning our in-house software system; therefore, a good level of computer skills is essential.

The right candidate will be organised, with a good attention to detail, time management, confident on the phone with a friendly and outgoing manner. Lettings experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 10 to 4pm with a day in lieu.

Salary: OTE £30,000 - £35,000 + company car allowance | Full Time

Sales Negotiator - Nottingham

Are you an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of excellent customer service? Are you looking for the chance to start an exciting career in an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support our fast-growing Nottingham office.

The role will be based at our Nottingham branch and will cover our New Homes Sites also, the hours are Mon to Fri 8:30-5.30pm and alternate Sat 9-4pm (with a day off in lieu). A full driving licence will be required. The successful applicant must be of smart appearance, able to work on their own initiative and as a part of a team, possess good communication skills and be highly motivated.

The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus a generous commission structure which results in an OTE of £35,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience.

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Sleaford

Market leading & award winning mortgage broker and estate agency business partner seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser to work in our local, hugely successful Sleaford estate agency branch!

This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of continued dynamic growth plans and you will be working from this busy estate agent office as a mortgage adviser, with access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams.

The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on an employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £45,000-£70,000+ pa once established.
As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to join one of the UK's best known mortgage brokers which offers excellent earnings potential.
