How we can help you relocate
If you are looking to move away from Lincolnshire to pastures new, then we are your number one choice for selling your home. We sell more properties than any other agent and we’re received awards many years running for our level of service and success.
There’s more to it than that with relocating – selling your home is one thing but what about the place you are going to move to? Whether it’s a big move to the south-east or a retirement to the West Country, we are able to help you on your way. How can we do that? It’s all thanks to our membership of the Relocation Agent Network, a select group of estate agents across the United Kingdom and beyond who work together to help people relocate.
A relocation journey
If you are considering moving either into or out of Lincolnshire, buying selling or renting, then Pygott and Crone and our Relocation Agent Network can help. Our network of over 650 office locations throughout the UK provides you with the “Friend” you are looking for in your new area; someone who can provide you with trusted advice on popular areas, school catchments, local shops, restaurant and facilities.

Agent of the Year 2017
Pygott & Crone were awarded the title of Agent of the Year at the Relocation Agent Network conference in November 2017. This was due to outstanding service provided to our customers, having been judged on all aspects of estate agency, from marketing to customer care, professionalism to experience and reputation to commitment, which are all analysed in detail to decide the winner.
In addition they won the Regional award and the Customer Relocation award.
Cartus Broker Conference video
As one of the leading members of Relocation Agent Network we attended the Cartus Broker Network Conference in Boca Raton, Florida. The conference brought together over 700 Cartus Broker Network members from across the United States for a dynamic event that included an awards celebration as well as an agenda of interactive workshops, roundtable discussions, and executive presentations.
The event certainly met our expectations and it gave our us another great opportunity to gain a new perspective on how we can apply some of the best practices from the US to help our customers here in the UK
