The Negotiator Awards
Held since 2008, it is the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate and lettings industry. They are judged by a panel of industry experts, and each award category has a Gold, Silver, and Bronze award. Below are the awards we have won which are gold unless stated otherwise:
- Community Champion of the Year – Gold (2019 and 2021)
- East Midlands and West Midlands Agency of the Year – Gold (2019); Silver (2018)

- Best Estate Agency (Medium) – Silver (2021)
- Estate Agency of the Year 5-9 branches – Silver (2019)

Relocation Agent Network
The Relocation Agent Network awards are held annually to recognise the best agents in the 600-office network, and have been held since 1994. Each network member competes in a category league, and there are also regional and individual awards. The awards were not held in 2020 due to the pandemic.
