We’re really passionate about supporting charities and our local communities in a variety of ways: charity events, collections in-branch, fundraising, and sponsorship of events and teams across the region. Supporting our communities helps the success of our business but most importantly helps those who may be less fortunate.
For 2022 and 2023 we have chosen St Barnabas as our main charity to support and our next fundraising event is the Snowdon Sunset Climb. A team of 17 Pygott & Crone staff, friends, and family members will undertake a climb of Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, on 30th June 2023.
Taking part are: Paul & Emily Wood (+2), Gary Wand, Jamie Aspland, Jodi Ingamells, Frazer Downes, Hope Murphy, Mark & Victoria Brayfield, Jade Frost (+1), Jamie Thorpe (+1), and Danielle Lovejoy (+1)
They will begin their trek up the well-trodden Llanberis Path in the early evening with the aim to summit before the sun sets around 9.45pm. Hopefully they will be treated to spectacular and breathtaking views before descending under the light of their headtorches to complete their 10 mile walk with 970 metres of elevation gain.
We are hoping to raise at least £500 for St Barnabas so please consider sponsoring a member of the team to help us raise money for this worthy cause. Thank you.

We are delighted to be one of the sponsors of the St Barnabas HeART Trail which is running from 10th June to 4th September 2023. It’s an all-inclusive feel-good art trail that celebrates many different aspects of our beautiful county of Lincolnshire.
Over 30 wonderful sculptures are dotted across the county, many of which are to be found in Lincoln itself (including the one we’ve sponsored). They are all unique pieces of art and well worth seeking out to appreciate in person – why not make a day of it, bring the kids and see how many you can visit?
A map showing all the locations can be found on this page.
Our own heart is by Kevin Baumber, a Lincolnshire based artist who trained at the Royal College of Art. Kevin specialises in making large scale steel sculptures and the theme for the heart is Steampunk. As you may know, Lincoln hosts an annual Steampunk Festival uphill and so the heart is appropriately placed right outside the main entrance to Lincoln Castle. We think it’s an incredible piece of art and are delighted with it.
We were delighted to raise an impressive £3,765 from 133 supporters of our team who completed the Great North Run last September. A big thank you to everyone who sponsored us, and of course the runners themselves. A brilliant effort and well worth the sore legs!
We're asking the property industry for help to raise funds to support those in need as a result of the war in Ukraine
It's time to dust off your running shoes, charge your smartwatch, and be part of an amazing team that will raise a lot of money for Dementia UK.
We are delighted to report that the #BHF100K campaign has been a tremendous success.
We support a number of sporting teams in many ways, mainly at the grassroots level through sponsorship. The Pygott & Crone brand can be spotted in many areas: on kits, pitchside boards, cricket stumps, and on the finishing straight of the Lincoln Grand Prix! Below you can find a list of clubs we support.
Football
Barrowby, Boston United, Cleethorpes Town, Ruston Sports Junior, Wyberton FC Juniors, Sleaford Town Juniors, Holbeach United.
Cricket
Lindum and Bracebridge Heath.
Cycling
Velo Club Lincoln, and we also sponsor the Lincoln Grand Prix.
Bowls
Eslaforde (Sleaford)
We are also one of the sponsors of the Lincolnshire Show and as members of the Relocation Agent Network we always get involved in any initiatives under the Agents Giving banner. In addition we participate in a number of local initiatives such as the Sleaford New Life Church Christmas hamper campaign, and we support a number of other charities including Callum Pite Smile and the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
Our directors lead by example in raising awareness, promoting various charities and participating in various charitable events, for example Tim Downing is a trustee of LIVES and a committee member of the Star Trust. This in turn encourages our staff to get in involved, and push themselves above and beyond in the sometimes physically demanding events. A good example is Jamie Aspland, the manager of our Sleaford branch, who is always one of the first to sign up, and his dedication to fundraising has earned him national recognition.
Raising money for charitable causes and supporting local clubs and causes is really important to us.
We're honoured to have received many awards over the years and this is thanks to our hard working teams across the company.
