Pygott Plus

Whether you are a buyer or seller (or both), Pygott Plus can help you along your journey, every step of the way. Pygott Plus is our recently-launched online portal which integrates seamlessly with our branches across Lincolnshire. At Pygott and Crone we pride ourselves on delivering a first class customer service, and Pygott Plus compliments this service by making it even easier for buyers and sellers to keep in touch with us, manage their relationship with us, and speeding up some routine processes along the way.

Pygott Plus is free, available to both new and existing customers, and accessible 24/7 on mobile, tablet or desktop. It’s easy to set up, easy to use, and proving extremely popular already. It offers many features which you can discover on this page – read on for more details. To get started with Pygott Plus, book a valuation online, register your property requirements with us, or simply click here.

How Pygott Plus works for Sellers

1 – Booking a Valuation

If you are thinking about selling, the first step in your journey is to arrange a full market appraisal. One of our experienced valuers will visit your property and discuss everything with you. Pygott Plus allows you to arrange this appointment online, on the day of your choice, and at the most convenient time for you.

2 – Valuation Information

Once your valuation appointment is arranged – whether online, over the phone, or in-branch – you can access details of your appointment online through Pygott Plus. This includes an introduction to the valuer who will be attending your property.

3 – Online Documentation

If you choose to instruct Pygott and Crone there is some documentation that must be completed before your property can go on the market. The Property Information Questionnaire is one such document, and we have made it very easy for you to complete it online at your own convenience.

4 – Viewing Feedback and Statistics

If you are selling a property through Pygott and Crone, then you can access your marketing statistics and viewing feedback online through Pygott Plus. Keep up to date with all the activity surrounding your property at any time, from the comfort of your sofa.

5 – Offers and Legal Milestones

You can see a rundown of all offers that you have received for your property and once you have accepted an offer, you enter the sales progression stage. Through Pygott Plus you can see when each of the key legal milestones (such as searches, draft contracts, and enquiries) are reached.

How Pygott Plus works for buyers

1 – Register as a Buyer

If you are starting your search for your next home then there are distinct advantages to registering with Pygott and Crone. Why wait for the perfect property to “go live” when you could already be viewing it? Register as a buyer through Pygott Plus to get ahead of the game.

2 – Requirements Management

Everyone’s circumstances and expectations can change over time. As a registered buyer with Pygott and Crone you are able to tweak your property requirements online 24/7. This will automatically update us in-branch so we can find new properties for you – perhaps one that you would not previously had considered!

3 – Viewing Diary and Feedback

Pygott Plus includes a handy diary of all your past and upcoming viewings. And once you’ve viewed a property and given yourself time to think it over, we would really like to know what you think. It takes a few minutes to leave viewing feedback online through Pygott Plus.

4 – Online Offers

If you’ve found the ideal property then great! You can make an offer for the property online through Pygott Plus, specifying any further information as necessary. We will be informed immediately and will be in touch as soon as possible to advise you of the outcome.
