The Nottingham office is the most recent one that Pygott & Crone have opened in the East Midlands and demonstrates our desire to offer our high standards of service to a greater number of people in the region.

We have set up an office in the Lace Market, but our team are very much on the move from day-to-day which is why we are open on an appointment basis only at present. No matter where you are in Nottinghamshire, the team look forward to meeting you and discussing your property requirements. In Nottingham we have a small team that is as motivated and driven as any estate agent in the area and can inform and advise you based on your individual circumstances. Buying or selling property is a journey, and we have worked hard to make it as easy and straightforward as possible for you to navigate it.

You will find that Pygott & Crone offer a full range of estate agency services which you can read about in greater detail from this page. As well as residential sales, we have dedicated new homes specialists, a team of RICS chartered surveyors in the commercial and survey departments, in-house mortgage & protection advice; all backed up by a central team delivering a first class customer service.

We appointed Dale Brewster to lead our Nottingham team and he has lots of experience with the market, both in Greater Nottingham and the county itself. Within Dale’s team is a name you may recognise – Nigel Jemson, the former Forest footballer who also played for Sheffied Wednesday among other clubs in the late 80s/early 90s.

Pygott & Crone are relocation specialists; as members of the Relocation Agent Network we have been hand-picked to provide relocation services as part of a network of 600 branches nationwide. So if you are looking to move to the Nottingham area, or indeed move away – we can help you. And the service comes at no extra cost!

There are many ways to get in touch with us here in Nottingham. Our telephone lines are open 24/7 so there is always someone to talk to, and of course you can contact us by email.  We also have a Live Help service, accessible from any page on this website, where you can chat online to a member of staff.

We look forward to speaking with you soon.

A guide to Nottingham

When you think of Nottingham, one of the first things that come to mind is Robin Hood! But of course the city has a lot more to offer and it has seen much redevelopment in the city – stylish urban living, new commercial offerings, and improved transport links.

Nottingham is a thriving and vibrant city with many tourist attractions, retail districts, universities, excellent hospitals, and many diverse areas to live in with their own character. Nottingham is easily reached by road, rail, air, and indeed water – with the River Trent running right through the heart of the city. Over the last two decades the expanding tram network has transformed the city, linking several key locations together and so making Nottingham an easy commute.

People come to Nottingham for all kinds of reasons, and many never leave – it’s a great place to live, work, and play. Whether its visiting perhaps the oldest pub in England, browsing the many interesting shops, exploring the caves underneath the city, watching the cricket or football, or heading to a gig at the legendary Rock City – there is something for everyone.
