We used Pygott & Crone at Grantham to sell our parents’ house. We chose Pygotts, as we knew the Team, had worked with them before and, above all, trusted them.
The sale was not an easy one – not through any fault of Pygotts or ourselves and the length of time it took was very frustrating. However Pygotts were excellent at keeping us updated and offering good advice, leading to finally getting it over the line.
Would recommend.

So, today I exchanged contracts – my house is sold.
The whole team within the Grantham office have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Luke who valued my house and offered sales advice, is professional and very approachable/helpful, Demi has been my point of contact, she has communicated quickly throughout the whole process; the viewings, the feedback and finally the sale/completion. She has provided a first-class service. Not to miss Tom out, he has assisted in the same friendly, efficient way as Demi, in her absence.

If I needed to give a template for the ideal Estate Agent it would be modelled on Keelan Stewart in Grantham. What a work ethic he has! That coupled with an extensive knowledge of how to proceed with buying and selling. His kind demeanour and absolutely ‘nothing being too much trouble attitude’ made all interactions relaxing and informative. Any worries or concerns I had were met with ‘solutions’. Five Star!

We have just moved and Pygott and Crone acted as our estate agents. It’s so stressful whilst you are waiting to move. We were in a large chain that collapsed once and we has many problems along the way. Non of which were pygott and Crones fault. They were amazing. The commination from them was second to non. I’m currently in the process of completing a house purchase with the Grantham branch. The small team have been welcoming and helpful, from the initial viewing with Luke through to Matt and Mark at Stonebow keeping me updated with the legal and financial side. We completed on our purchase in May after only putting an offer forward end of February. Right from the start of the process Mark & Demi were so professional and nothing was too much to ask of them. Where do I begin from the start of our house search over a year ago we called Pygott & Crone to register interest and what type of property we would like to find.
