I have moved house many times and used various estate agents. The service provided by Pygott was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, agent Joe McKue in particular was extremely professional, very knowledgable and I never felt like a burden to him with all my questions!
It’s safe to say I’ll only be using them, and hopefully him, in the future!

Just wanted to say how professional and friendly Sam Bettinson was with the purchase of our new house. Nothing was too much trouble, she really helped push the purchase along. We had previously tried two other estate agents to sell our deceased mum’s property and had very few viewings and were not impressed with their lack of contact with us. However from the first meeting with Davis we were very impressed with the service from Pygott & Crone. We had viewings booked from the very first week and he was in regular contact with us to keep us informed about the current market. Once we accepted an offer they remained In regular contact throughout the sale process. We cannot fault the whole team and would definately recommend them to family & friends in the future.

I found the staff of Pygott & Crone to be very helpful during the sale of my relation’s house. I found their App easy to use and it kept me updated as to where we were with the transaction. Davis was very honest with the valuing of the property and Sam kept me updated thoughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.

Whilst looking for an estate agent, we viewed the Pygott & Crone website and came across the advice page. As advised we contacted three agents to come and give us a valuation. Pygott & Crone came up the most realistic valuation and followed up afterwards. We said that we would make a decision over the weekend. Davis was straight on the phone Monday morning and we gave him the good news. Upon signing the contract on the Wednesday, Davis said he had a couple who may be interested. Viewed the following day, accepted the offer on the Friday. Sold before the for sale board went up and marketed online. We now get weekly updates on where we are in the process. Great job, great team of people and a very professional company. Well done you guys!
