Our London office gives us greater service coverage thus enabling more of our clients to meet with us in person. Our business operates on the local, regional, national, and international scales and our presence in the capital has been established for many years now. No matter where you are, you can count on the professionalism, motivation, and experience of the Pygott & Crone team to assist you.
Our director Tim Downing provides frequent advice to clients regarding commercial, residential, and new homes development opportunities. Our office is found within a beautiful Georgian Grade II listed building that combines period elegance with a contemporary aesthetic. Ideally located within the Square Mile, it is a short walk from St. Paul’s, Bank, Liverpool Street, and Moorgate stations. Set over four floors, the office building itself offers a range of excellent facilities such as a comfortable business lounge, high spec meeting rooms, excellent WiFi, parking, and secure bicycle storage. It’s a really great place to meet us to discuss your requirements.
Pygott & Crone was first established in 1991 in Lincolnshire, and over the years we have grown, opened further branches and offices across the East Midlands, and expanded our range of services in addition to our core residential estate agency. We have dedicated new homes specialists, a team of RICS chartered surveyors in the commercial and survey departments, in-house mortgage & protection advice; all backed up by a central team delivering a first class customer service and this service has won awards many times over.
There are many ways to get in touch with Pygott & Crone. Our telephone lines are open 24/7 so there is always someone to talk to, and of course you can contact us by email. We also have a Live Help service, accessible from any page on this website, where you can chat online to a member of staff.
We look forward to speaking with you soon.
