I found the staff of Pygott & Crone to be very helpful during the sale of my relation’s house. I found their App easy to use and it kept me updated as to where we were with the transaction. Davis was very honest with the valuing of the property and Sam kept me updated thoughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.

100% great experience with Davis Gurton and Joe Mckue when they came to value my house, both really friendly and professional, didn’t feel pressured into making any decisions there and then, and kindly said for me to take my time and let them know when i’m ready to move forward to putting my house on the market.

We bought a property via the estate agents
recently after moving from Nottingham to Hibaldstow. We needed a fair bit of help in lincs end not knowing the area but Pygott & Crone were with us all of the way through to moving in on 1st September.
We have moved homes many times but these agents cannot be faulted and without them it would have been more stressful they helped at every issue we had. Thanks to the fantastic staff!

Although not our agency, Tracy and I, along with my agent Conor, worked together over a sustained period to try and minimise the chaos, try and fine out exactly what was reality and what was untruths being used, managing the incompetency of one of the lawyers practices, some lower agents and some very naive or simply stupid clients further down the chain.

They say moving is the most stressful thing to manage- this was absolutely true in this case however Tracy’s tenacious approach and laughter helped make it a little easier, also managing her client in a very professional way to ensure the circle our end was as closed as it could be.
The sold sign disappeared the day after as well, a sign of good management I’d say.
