The lounge area has comfortable armchairs and sofas, whilst the extended outside seating area offers unspoilt views over the Lake and coverage of major sporting events.
The Bar stocks a variety of draft beers. It has a games room with pool table, dart board and gambling machines
The Bait & Tackle Shop
Our onsite store (right next to the lakes and lodges) has everything for the Match, Carp and Pleasure anglers – all welcome! All major brands of tackle and bait stocked. Open to the general public

Westwood 3 takes in the beautiful views of Kestrel lake from the veranda of our 3 bedroom lodges sleeping 6 people, including babies and children. Two single bedrooms: both contain two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. Opposite is the main bathroom with a toilet and a shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom containing a double bed, from the master room is the en-suite. A freezer in the utility room.
Westwood 2 VIP
On the opposite side of the Kestrel lake is our Westwood 2 bedroom VIP cabins sleeping 4 people, including babies and children,. From your veranda you can relax in the hot tub or at the patio table. From the large entrance you can find the main bathroom with two single beds with bedside table and wardrobe. Next door is the master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe: from the master bedroom is the en-suite with a bath and shower. A freezer in the utility room
Westwood 3 VIP
Westwood 3 VIP takes in the beautiful views of Kestrel lake from the veranda of our 3 bedroom lodges sleeping 6 people, including babies and children. On the front of the Westwood 3 VIP cabin is a luxurious hot tub, sheltered on two sides, with views on to the Kestrel lake.

Sitting adjacent to Hawk lake, these semi-detached cabins can sleep up to 4 people, including babies and children. The master bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, drawers and a mirror. The second bedroom contains two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom having a bath and shower. Opposite is a utility room with a freezer.
Skylark 1 VIP
We have four Skylark 1s which are semi-detached luxury one bedroom lodges. They all have hot tubs and sleep 2 adults. Perfectly situated in the middle of our site between Skylark and Kestrel lakes. These cabins have a shower over the bath.
Skylark 2 VIP
2 bedroom accommodation sleeps 4 people, including babies and children. These luxury lodges look out onto the Skylark lake. Luxurious leather beds in double and single rooms. LED TV in master bedroom with dressing table and mirror also an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen includes integrated dishwasher and fridge. Solid oak flooring. A freezer in the utility room. Luxurious hot tub in all our lodges.

Kingfisher lodge is located closest to Kingfisher Lake. It is the latest lodge on our site.
Kingfisher sleeps 5 people, including babies and children, in two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and shower in the bathroom. There is a wardrobe and a wall mounted TV with DVD player.
The additional room has three single beds.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher other modern appliances. The main bathroom has a shower only.
Kestrel Lodge
Kestrel lodge is in a premier position overlooking Kestrel Lake.
Kestrel lodge sleeps 6 people, including children and babies, in three bedrooms, one double and two bedrooms with two singles. The master bedroom is en-suite with a king-size shower. There is a wardrobe and a wall mounted TV with DVD player.
The two bedrooms with two single beds, also have bedside tables and hanging space.
The living room is open plan with a flat screen tv, sofas and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and other modern appliances. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
Kestrel lodge does not have a hot tub but it is pet friendly.
Swallow 3
These are our brand new Swallow Lodges. Modern practical living with exceptionally well thought out design. No detail has been left out so from day one you can start living out your holiday dreams knowing that will be taken care of in this luxurious lodge.
The open plan kitchen has a clean and modern look. It features a double oven and grill with stainless hob and all the regular kitchen accessories including integrated fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the cups, plates and cutlery you’ll need.
The kitchen flows into the lounge area which has a beautiful 3 piece suite, wall mounted TV, coffee tables and sideboards. There is also a dining table with chairs for six and large windows all the way round for great views out over swallow lake.
There are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The other two rooms have two single beds in each. There is also another bathroom with shower and a bath. These new lodges also have gas central heating and a large utility room for all your fishing gear and boots.
There is a large deck at the front for sitting out doors with patio doors leading inside.
As with all our lodges bed linen is provided as well as bath towels.
Osprey 4
The open-plan layout combines clean and light spaces with large windows to the lounge and dining area. Elegant Scandinavian design offers an inherent cosiness with a calming grey and taupe colour scheme. All four bedrooms are en-suite with a central living/dining area. This lodge overlooks Skylark lake.
The fully fitted kitchen is bright and modern with all the appliances you’d expect in a Westwood Lakes lodge.
The Lochwood 2
Introducing the latest addition to Westwood Lakes: The Lochwood.
Located at the heart of the site, The Lochwood sits adjacent to The Mallard Bar and Lounge, overlooking Skylark Lake.
The Lochwood sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful ensuite shower and integrated wardrobe. The living room is modern and spacious, hosting a large L-shaped sofa and large flatscreen TV – Perfect for movie nights! The high specification kitchen area has everything you would require during your stay, integrated fridge and freezer, gas hob, microwave and oven.
As per all of our Lodges, bed linen and towels are provided, along with ample parking for your party’s vehicles.

Comprising of 42 pegs spread 12 meters apart and 13 meters wide with an inner shelf and outer shelf 24 inches deep, 1 meter wide and a centre depth of 6ft. Carp to 8lb, Barbel to 3lb, Skimmers to 1lb, Bream to 6lb, Tench to 6lb and Roach, Ide, Crucians, F1’s.
The Kingfisher Lake
An old established lake and has two islands and 22 pegs. Kingfisher is mainly a pleasure fishing lake with few matches. Carp to 25lb, Barbel to 10lb, Tench to 8lb, Bream to 8lb, Ide, Crucians and Brown Goldfish.
Bait: maggot, paste, worm, pellet, sweetcorn and caster.

Hawk Lake
The Hawk lake is an unusual lake in that you fish from the island out. Comprising 20 pegs. Average size is 1 to 3lb and ideal for the younger angler, beware though there are some surprises with fish up to 3lbs! Carp, Barbel, Tench, Roach, Skimmer and Chub all up to 3lb, Ide, F1’s and Crucians as well.
Bait: micro pellet, sweetcorn, paste on the hook work and caster.
Kestral Lake
The Kestrel lake comprises of 30 pegs and four islands.
This lake contains specialist fish like our large Barble – up to 14lbs, Carp up to 15lbs, as well as Bream to 6lbs, Ide, Crucians and F1’s. The average weight of Carp and Barble is around 7-8lbs.
Bait: maggot, paste, sweetcorn, worm, caster and prawns
Osprey Lake
Osprey lake is a 25 peg strip lake ideal for club matches. It is 13 meters across and 250 meters long. There is a shallow 2ft deep shelf either side and down the track is 3.5 – 5ft. Osprey lake is heavily stocked with F1 Carp, Mirrors and common Carp between 1lb and 3lb, and a few Tench as well.
All our lakes are carefully maintained to provide the perfect environment for fish. The banks of the lakes are landscaped with embankments and reeds. We keep the environment clean and well maintained but as close to a natural habitat as possible. The lakes are aerated by the paddle steamer type aerators and water levels and quality are monitored closely.
We have chosen to allow many types of bait to be used on osprey: pellet, maggot, paste, sweetcorn, worm, caster and prawns and many more.
Swallow Lake
Swallow Lake is the newest and most versatile lake on the complex with 30 pegs. The lake was dug in early 2014. It has an average width of 20 metres, which makes this lake ideal for fishing the feeder, pellet waggler and pole. Depths vary from 5 to 7 feet down the middle of the lake. While the margins have 2 metre wide shelves with an average depth of 2 feet, both on the inside margins and across to the island bank. The lake is stocked with Carp between 3lb and 14lb, Bream and Tench to 6lb, and Roach to 2lb plus. There is a large shoal of Skimmers present that average 1lb each. It is suited to the more traditional baits such as Maggot, Caster and Worm for the silverfish and the Carp will readily take pellet and boilies.
Falcon Lake
This is one of our new lakes so we will add photos when we get them.
This is a horseshoe shaped, snake lake with 52 pegs, evenly spaced around the bank. Falcon lake currently contains large stocks of F1, mirrors and Barbel which feed all year round, regardless of temperature. Falcon is the ideal “Open match” and “Club match” lake.
All our lakes are carefully maintained to provide the perfect environment for fish. The banks of the lakes are landscaped with embankments and reeds. The Kestrel lake comprises of 30 pegs and four islands.
This lake contains specialist fish like our large Barble – up to 14lbs, Carp up to 15lbs, as well as Bream to 6lbs, Ide, Crucians and F1’s. The average weight of Carp and Barble is around 7-8lbs.
Bait: maggot, paste, sweetcorn, worm, caster and prawns
Osprey Lake
Osprey lake is a 25 peg strip lake ideal for club matches. It is 13 meters across and 250 meters long. There is a shallow 2ft deep shelf either side and down the track is 3.5 – 5ft. Osprey lake is heavily stocked with F1 Carp, Mirrors and common Carp between 1lb and 3lb, and a few Tench as well.
All our lakes are carefully maintained to provide the perfect environment for fish. The banks of the lakes are landscaped with embankments and reeds. We keep the environment clean and well maintained but as close to a natural habitat as possible. The lakes are aerated by the paddle steamer type aerators and water levels and quality are monitored closely.
We have chosen to allow many types of bait to be used on osprey: pellet, maggot, paste, sweetcorn, worm, caster and prawns and many more.
Swallow Lake
Swallow Lake is the newest and most versatile lake on the complex with 30 pegs. The lake was dug in early 2014. It has an average width of 20 metres, which makes this lake ideal for fishing the feeder, pellet waggler and pole. Depths vary from 5 to 7 feet down the middle of the lake. While the margins have 2 metre wide shelves with an average depth of 2 feet, both on the inside margins and across to the island bank. The lake is stocked with Carp between 3lb and 14lb, Bream and Tench to 6lb, and Roach to 2lb plus. There is a large shoal of Skimmers present that average 1lb each. It is suited to the more traditional baits such as Maggot, Caster and Worm for the silverfish and the Carp will readily take pellet and boilies.
Falcon Lake
This is one of our new lakes so we will add photos when we get them.
This is a horseshoe shaped, snake lake with 52 pegs, evenly spaced around the bank. Falcon lake currently contains large stocks of F1, mirrors and Barbel which feed all year round, regardless of temperature. Falcon is the ideal “Open match” and “Club match” lake.
