We are delighted to confirm that we have opened our new Nottingham branch on Bridlesmith Gate. Having maintained a Nottingham office since 2017, the time was right for us to move onwards into new premises. This now enables our customers to access our full range of services: residential sales, lettings, new homes, commercial, mortgages & surveys.

We are pleased to be located on Bridlesmith Gate as it is has a rich history being on the north-south “retail axis” of Nottingham. It’s home to some of the country’s most stylish and vibrant retailers. The distinctive red Pygott & Crone brand is a positive addition to the thoroughfare and we hope that it will become as familiar to the residents of Nottingham as it is to the people of Lincolnshire. Given Nottingham’s excellent transport links, it will be very convenient for our clients to access our services in-person.

Bringing the branch to life

Interior design specialists APSS were once again commissioned to provide exterior signage and interior refurbishment.

“We were pleased to use APSS to realise our vision for our new Nottingham branch. They’ve worked on several of our branches in the past and have always done a sterling job. We’ve been careful to conceive a workspace that is both comfortable and functional for our staff. It is a pleasant and welcoming environment for our customers. The finished product is fantastic, just what we envisioned!”.

The new Nottingham branch opened a year after manager Dale Brewster joined Pygott & Crone. Having brought over 10 years of experience of the Nottingham property market with him, Dale has used this time to good effect, giving us a solid base to develop our business and offer a competitive, high standard of service. Dale commented “Myself and the team are delighted to be working in the new branch! It’s in a great location and is really handy for people to pop in and chat to us about their property requirements – especially with the tram stop and railway station being so close by. We look forward to welcoming many customers through our doors in the coming years!”.

If you would like a market appraisal of your property then you can book an appointment at a date and time of your choice here with Dale. Or you can give us a call on 0115 896 5072.

An expanding team

In the past year we were also delighted to have recruited Nigel Jemson to the team, a familiar face to many people in Nottingham. Nigel played football most notably for Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday in the 90s. Still a prominent personality at the City Ground, he continues to play an important role as our brand ambassador and business development manager. Nigel was certainly a happy chap on opening day as it coincided with Nottingham Forest winning promotion to the Premier League!

We have added Phil Brown, Andy Hallgarth, and Fago Man to the team and another member of the team is joining soon. This is an exciting time in the 31 year history of Pygott & Crone and we could not be in a better positon to serve our customers in Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
