Sales Negotiator - Spalding

Are you looking for the chance to start an exciting career in an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support our existing team in our Spalding branch.

Pygott & Crone require a full-time sales advisor to support our existing sales team.  The ideal candidate must have a desire to be successful whilst delivering first rate customer service. No previous estate agency experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however, the ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, be of smart appearance, possess good communication skills, be highly motivated and can deal with clients professionally at all levels.

The role will be based at our Spalding branch, the hours are Mon to Fri 8:30-5.30pm and alternate Sat 9-4pm (with a day off in lieu). A full driving licence will be required.

The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus a generous commission structure which results in an OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience.

Sales Progressor - Grantham

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in exceptional customer service who can liaise with clients on property values at all levels. Our Grantham Team require a full time, Sales Progressor. The successful person takes over the sales process once a buyer has been secured on a property and the role is to liaise with our sellers, their buyers, all solicitors and other people in the chain to ensure the free flowing of communication ensure that once a sale has been agreed all things progress as smoothly as possible to completion.

Maturity and empathy are essential as you will be dealing with clients during what can sometimes be a stressful point in their lives; however, the role is very rewarding.

Working hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.

The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus commission and have an OTE to £30,000.

Junior Web Developer - Lincoln

Pygott & Crone, the estate agents based in the East Midlands, are looking for a PHP / WordPress developer to join their established marketing & development team. This is a full time on-site role and will be based from their branch in Lincoln city centre.

The successful candidate will work both independently and with other designers and developers: building and maintaining websites, developing new features, fixing bugs, and providing technical support. They will be providing much needed additional capacity and will support the continued online growth of Pygott & Crone.

Essential skills

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL/MariaDB; with the ability to code by hand.
  • Good understanding of WordPress with some experience of plugin and theme development
  • Experience of version control (Git); staging and production environments
  • An understanding of coding best practices, ensuring website security, performance and reliability
  • An appreciation of UX/UI design, on mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Problem solving, debugging, the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • A passion for web / software development
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues, clients, and technical partners in a clear professional manner; by phone, Teams, and email

Any experience in JavaScript, RESTful APIs and SCSS will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be joining a professional office environment and must be of smart appearance, be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Social Media & Content Creator - Lincoln

Pygott & Crone Estate Agents are currently recruiting for a full-time Social Media and Content Creator to assist our expanding marketing team. For this role, you'll be a creative person who can transform ideas into amazing concepts and content. The role is full time, Mon - Fri 09:00 to 17:30 and will be based at our main office in Lincoln City Centre.

We’re looking for someone with an eye for good design, basic graphic design and video editing skills, and able to create and post content from concept to publication. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our marketing team in maintaining our brand identity and engaging with our audience across different platforms.

Working with the marketing team, your responsibilities will be:

Content Creation: Create and develop compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with different brand identities and values. Curate user-generated content and collaborate with clients.

Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activities on our social media channels, including creating content that aligns with our social media schedule, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries and comments promptly. Monitor social media trends and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and drive engagement.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team and different departments to develop and implement social media campaigns that support promotions and brand initiatives. Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Able to use basic editing programs like Adobe Express for creating images and videos.

• An understanding of social media platforms and which content is better suited for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• An understanding and interest in the latest design trends, styles, layouts, etc.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Creative and a desire to learn

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) would be beneficial

Residential Lettings Senior Administrator

Pygott and Crone is a respected and fast-growing lettings agency committed to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.  We are now looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Lettings Administrator with  experience to join our Letting Team. The role will be office based in our Sleaford Branch.

The role will involve using the full Microsoft office suite of programs as well as learning our in-house software system; therefore, a good level of computer skills is essential. The right candidate will be organised, with a good attention to detail, confident on the phone with a friendly and outgoing manner with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities will include managing day to day lettings administration, maintaining records on CRM/property management system, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors and handle key client communications and assist with essential accounts tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

We offer a competitive salary and is based the individual candidate’s experience, but typically an OTE of £25,000-£30,000.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and in 1 for 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day in lieu.
