I would highly recommend Pygott & Crone Estate Agents. Although they weren’t the agents selling my property, Alisha was my contact regarding my purchase, and she was superb from the start. Communication between solicitors was variable, but she kept me in the loop with progress wherever possible and gave me lots of good advice. This was my second experience with Pygott & Crone. I bought a house they were selling several years ago and so when it came to selling my late parents house I chose to use them for that.
