No we’re not talking about our Sold STC slips although there are a lot of them appearing too….actually this is something a bit paranormal…and we’re wondering if you could keep an eye on our boards for us – there’s a prize up for grabs!

Yes it’s nearly Halloween again – that time of year where unusual, unexplained things start to happen in the neighbourhood and this year is no exception. We’re told that some of our For Sale/Sold boards have been visited by a ghost! So we’d like you to help us out by entering our #PostTheGhost competition!

To be in with a chance of winning a £50 voucher all you need to do is take a photo of yourself (or a friend or family member!) together with one of our For Sale/Sold boards that has a ghost on it – and then post the photo on Facebook or Instagram. We’re hearing reports of ghosts appearing on our boards in every area that we have a High Street branch in, so there might be one or two near you…

To qualify as a valid entry make sure you do the following:

  • take a photo of the board with yourself or another person in the photo
  • share the photo on Facebook or Instagram
  • include the hashtag #PostTheGhost in your social media post
  • tag/mention our account @pygottandcrone
  • include the name of the city, town, or village where you saw the ghost
  • set the privacy of your post to Public so we can see it

The competition opens on 25th October. Entries close at 11.59pm on 31st October 2021. One winning entry will be chosen at random in the week commencing 1st November, and will receive a £50 voucher of our choosing. We’ll announce and share the winning entry on our Facebook and Instagram page so please ensure that anyone in the photo is happy for their image to be used for this – we will not use your photo for anything else.

If you’re out Trick or Treating with the kids, this would be an ideal time to keep a lookout. Also we’d love to see your Halloween costumes in your photo! If you’re out and about after dark, be safe, don’t eat too many sweets and keep a sharp lookout for our spooky sale boards!
