Expanding Pygott & Crone Residential Services into Gainsborough.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we are pleased to see excellent levels of business throughout our Residential, Lettings, Commercial, Agricultural departments and Financial Services.
As a company, we are always looking to grow. We have continued to invest heavily in our people, our technology and processes to allow us to deliver nothing short of an excellent customer property journey. Over the course of the year, we have made a number of new additions to our local teams and are now working towards the expansion of our Pygott & Crone Residential services in Gainsborough.
For 30 years, our Commercial Department has conducted a wide range of business in the area and have been heavily involved in the delivery of popular local projects, such as Marshalls Yard, Foxby Enterprise Park and Whitton’s Mill.
Nestled in the northwest corner of Lincolnshire, Gainsborough is surrounded by areas of natural beauty, and is certainly going to become an attractive area for buyers to settle. The local authority is eager to regenerate and expand the area and a number of investment projects are already in place for the new financial year. Plans to increase the local population are slowly materialising and the town is on a projection of estimated economic growth of 12% to support a 47% increase in the number of homes (according to Invest Gainsborough).
Tim Downing, a director on the Invest Gainsborough place board commented – “As a place board, we are passionate about seeing the town succeed, and as a director of Pygott & Crone, I am passionate about expert property advice and excellent customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in varying projects throughout Lincolnshire and I am particularly proud of what has already been achieved here in Gainsborough. I’m excited that we are expanding all of our professional services to the town.”
