Multiple gold awards won at the annual Negotiator Awards
We are delighted to announce that a very successful year for us has been recognised at the annual Negotiator Awards, the property event of the year. We were shortlisted in four categories and are delighted to have achieved three gold awards: the Community Champion of the Year, the Website of the Year, and the East & West Midlands Estate Agency of the Year. and silver for Estate Agency of the Year (5-9 branches).
The annual Negotiator Awards are considered the most prestigious awards in the world of estate agency and lettings as they cover the whole of the United Kingdom, and receive many entries from agents up and down the country. This years’ event, held on the evening of 29th November, was no exception with a record number of entries across 33 award categories. We sent a delegation of 4 to attend the two-day Negotiator Conference & Expo at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London with the awards wrapping up proceedings.
The ceremony was preceded by a spectacular “Greatest Showman” themed performance, providing an amazing atmosphere and really setting the stage for the eagerly-anticipated awards ceremony which was hosted by Tom Allen, the famous actor, comedian and TV presenter.
Kevin Scrupps, who attended the ceremony, said “it was a truly amazing event and picking up 4 awards at the Gala Awards Dinner was incredible. This is the second award in two weeks for being recognised as the best agent in the Midlands and we are overjoyed that our fantastic team and commitment to service is recognised by the judges. I am really pleased to have been awarded Community Champion of the year, this award acknowledges the fantastic work all our teams, their families and friends do in supporting our local communities”.
Paul Wood said that “winning the Website of the Year was a fantastic achievement for our web developer Michael Cartwright and our design team, they have worked very hard producing a great website allowing our technology to further enhance our customer experience. Whilst it is critical to have a high street presence and great people we have to develop cutting edge technology and provide 24/7 service”.
This caps a glittering week for us, having also won the award for Best Agent in the East Midlands Region, at the Relocation Agent Network conference; we go forward into 2020 once again a member of the prestigious Platinum League.
