The first step in your journey to renting a property is to complete our rental requirements questionnaire; the information collected includes your details, anyone who will be living with you, and your circumstances. Please ensure you complete the questionnaire accurately and fully as this may affect any future rental application process.
The information collected will be held securely and only used for the purposes of lettings suitability.
The rental requirements questionnaire is found on our Pygott Plus online portal. You only need to do this once unless your circumstances change.
To get started, first click on the property that you are interested in renting, and then click Make Enquiry on the following property page. We’ll ask you for your email address, and then send you a link via email (or ask you to log in if you already have a Pygott Plus account).
