Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2020| Published in Company News on 12 February 2020 by our Marketing Team

The fourth annual prestigious Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards were held on 6th February 2020, where 350 guests gathered at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Every year, this annual black-tie event brings together businesses with vision, innovation, and support for the industry in Lincolnshire.

Pygott & Crone has had an outstanding year witnessing growth across the company, including an addition of 12 new team members to keep up with the current demand. It is why we are extremely pleased to announce that we have been crowned ‘Agent of the Year’ for the second time. This award recognises our successful impact on the region’s property landscape as well as our efforts to share our passion for promoting the county to local, regional and international clients.

Jasper Caudwell, a chartered surveyor at Pygott & Crone, said: “We are thrilled to be crowned Agent of the Year for the second time at the prestigious Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards. “This win is testament to our dedicated and hardworking team, and it recognises all the positive company growth that we’ve been working towards, as well as the high level of estate agent service we always strive to provide in the region and beyond.”

Another fantastic achievement of the evening was ‘The Greater Lincolnshire Ambassador Award’ which was awarded to Tim Downing, one of the directors at Pygott & Crone. A new and very special addition for this year, Tim was heavily praised for his dedication to going above and beyond in his role in the industry. At the end of 2019, Tim visited China in a trade mission to the Hunan province of China to secure an agreement for major investment in the county. This was an incredibly successful trip which has secured a very promising future for the property industry in Lincolnshire.

Tim said, “I’m honoured to have received the Greater Lincolnshire Ambassador Award. Lincolnshire is close to my heart and I strive to do everything I can for the good of the region’s business community, I enjoy being part of it and am truly touched to be recognised for this accolade.”

Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards judges praised Pygott & Crone for its services and Judge Nick Pettit, project manager, RG Carter said: “This is a very well-deserved award win for Pygott & Crone, a truly dedicated team that works hard and should be proud of its success. Tim was the first choice for the Ambassador Award – which is a new and special addition for this year. A true gentleman, he has time for everyone and puts Lincoln and Lincolnshire in the forefront of everyone’s minds. A great ambassador to us all and a richly deserved award win, well done.”
