View new properties before they go online
Kevin Scrupps explains how the FirstLook service can help buyers avoid disappointment and gain a distinct advantage over most other buyers
Here at Pygott & Crone we are very proactive and recently we have seen more and more properties sell before they are in the public domain. As a potential buyer you may have experienced frustration in the past, seeing your potential forever home go straight onto the internet already Sold; and when you ring the estate agent you are told that it sold prior to being visible on any portal.
How you can get ahead of the curve so that you don’t miss out? We’ve built a feature on our Pygott Plus online portal that will help!
FirstLook is a service that allows you to see what properties we have coming up for sale – days before they are marketed on the internet. How does this work? Well, when a seller instructs Pygott & Crone we start arranging the marketing of the property and while this is being done the property is promoted online within Pygott Plus.
Our professional-standard photos will not yet have been taken but for each property in FirstLook you’ll see the location, price, and a summary. You can then choose to arrange a priority viewing – as a buyer you know what you are looking for, and will want to take action quickly!

FirstLook gives you a distinct advantage over most other buyers who simply wait for properties to appear on the property portals such as Rightmove, OnTheMarket, and Zoopla. FirstLook ensures you get a priority notification of all of our newly instructed properties. Your next home is around the corner and you’ll find it sooner with FirstLook!
FirstLook is a service only available to people who are selling a property through us, or who are fully registered with us – we need to know your property requirements and buying position in order to provide an effective service. You can register online, it’s a straightforward process and you will then automatically be granted access to FirstLook.
Get ahead of the game. Get the FirstLook.
