Perfect, professional, caring - No 1 in my book!
Since January 2018 I have been in contact with the Horncastle branch, where it was my great fortune to find Kathy Ball. We live in France and our house was for sale when I decided to do some research for the type of property we would like to buy in UK. We had narrowed our search area down to Lincolnshire or Shropshire and had a “wish list” of features we wanted, which I explained to Kathy. She took it all on board and sent us the “best match” available whenever it came onto the market and not, as a lot of other estate agents did, which was anything remotely attractive in our price range and usually a waste of time! Months went buy and it wasn’t until July that we sold our French house but Kathy’s patience was inexhaustible throughout. Unfortunately, over these many months we had a lot of health problems and many times, when we had planned to come to UK to view, we had to cancel at the last minute, but Kathy never gave up on us. Finally, on August 22nd, the day before I was due to go back into hospital, she sent details of what she knew was our dream home! How well she knew us and what we were looking for! Fortunately, my sister in law lives about 40 minutes away and she did the viewing on our behalf the same afternoon, reported back to us straight away and we made an offer that was accepted the same day. Well done Kathy – a property sold on the first day it was on the market, all because she knew her clients.
I don’t think you pass this information on to the estate agent, but I would appreciate it if you could on this occasion as Kathy was marvellous, as has been Caroline Hurst, the Sales Progressor, ever since. Well done to Pygott and Crone to have staff with such a caring and professional approach.
