The Role

Pygott & Crone are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our successful New Homes team.
This exciting part-time opportunity will be based on a prestigious new development of over 150 homes in Long Sutton, with the opportunity to assist on future new homes developments across the region as they are launched.
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for welcoming prospective purchasers, conducting viewings, guiding buyers through the sales process and working closely with our office teams and developers to progress each sale through to completion. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets will be at the heart of the role.
Working Hours
(Working hours of 10am – 3pm would be considered)
A degree of flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate launch events, open days and business needs.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Previous experience in estate agency, particularly new homes sales, would be advantageous. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in sales or customer service, as full training can be provided for the right individual.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Pygott & Crone Lettings for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in property management within our expanding Lettings Team.
Based from our Sleaford office, the successful candidate will support the Property Management team and work closely with both landlords and tenants across our branch network. The role will also require regular travel between branches to assist with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
The position involves a wide range of property management and administrative duties, including the use of the full Microsoft Office suite together with our in-house software systems. A good level of computer literacy and confidence using technology is therefore essential.
We are looking for someone who is:
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours:
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 Plus Car Allowance | Full Time
