Sales Negotiator - Lincoln

Are you an ambitious and customer-focused individual looking to further your career in estate agency with an award-winning independent company?

Pygott & Crone are looking to recruit a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful and established team at our Lincoln office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career within one of Lincolnshire's leading estate agents.

The successful candidate will be confident, well-presented and highly motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will enjoy building relationships with clients, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Previous estate agency or sales experience is desirable, although candidates with a strong background in customer service or a target-driven sales environment will also be considered.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
  • Arranging property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Generating valuations and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining regular communication with vendors and purchasers.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while working towards individual and team targets.

The role is based at our Lincoln office, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, together with alternate Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a day off in lieu.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of £20,000 – £24,000, depending on experience, together with an uncapped commission structure providing realistic On Target Earnings of £35,000 – £40,000, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to progress your career within a respected, award-winning estate agency.

Viewing Co-ordinator – Lincoln

Pygott & Crone are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Viewing Co-ordinator to join our busy residential sales team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, delivering exceptional customer service and working within a fast-paced property environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accompanied property viewings and supporting our Sales Team in helping buyers find their next home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting accompanied viewings on behalf of our vendors.
  • Showcasing properties in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Building rapport with prospective purchasers and understanding their property requirements.
  • Providing viewing feedback to the sales team.
  • Supporting the office with general sales administration and customer service duties.
  • Delivering an outstanding experience to both vendors and applicants.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A confident, professional and personable manner.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean UK driving licence essential.

A company pool car will be provided for carrying out property viewings.

  • Week 1 - Wednesday Thursday and Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Week 2 - Thursday & Friday 08:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday 09:00 - 4:00pm

New Homes Sales Negotiator (Part Time)

Pygott & Crone are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our successful New Homes team.

This exciting part-time opportunity will be based on a prestigious new development of over 150 homes in Long Sutton, with the opportunity to assist on future new homes developments across the region as they are launched.

As the face of the development, you will be responsible for welcoming prospective purchasers, conducting viewings, guiding buyers through the sales process and working closely with our office teams and developers to progress each sale through to completion. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets will be at the heart of the role.

Working Hours

  • Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
  • Monday: 11:00am – 4:00pm

(Working hours of 10am – 3pm would be considered)

A degree of flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate launch events, open days and business needs.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in estate agency, particularly new homes sales, would be advantageous. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in sales or customer service, as full training can be provided for the right individual.
