We used Pygott & Crone at Grantham to sell our parents’ house. We chose Pygotts, as we knew the Team, had worked with them before and, above all, trusted them.
The sale was not an easy one – not through any fault of Pygotts or ourselves and the length of time it took was very frustrating. However Pygotts were excellent at keeping us updated and offering good advice, leading to finally getting it over the line.

Excellent service from the Sleaford team at Pygott & Crone. Sold our house in just a couple of weeks and guided us through the particularly tricky procedure of actually completing the process. Lucinda and Emily were very thorough in initial proceedings, giving helpful advice on marketing etc and Tina kept on top of all the important stuff dealing with all the relevant parties in a very professional manner.

If I needed to give a template for the ideal Estate Agent it would be modelled on Keelan Stewart in Grantham. What a work ethic he has! That coupled with an extensive knowledge of how to proceed with buying and selling.
