We are here to help you move safely
On Monday 4th January, the Prime Minister announced that England will be moving into a new national lockdown for the foreseeable future. We can confirm that estate agents can continue to operate and house moves are permitted to go ahead.
The initial guidance states:
‘You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, follow the national guidance on moving home safely.’
When you are moving home, it is advised that you wash your hands frequently and keep as much distance as possible from other people outside of your household. Wear a face covering if it is possible to do so.
All of our Pygott & Crone branches are dedicated to keeping you safe. We are adhering to strict Covid safety measures to protect our staff, our clients and our communities.
Our branches are currently closed to the public but can be accessed via a pre-arranged appointment in an emergency. We are also able to arrange both a physical and virtual valuation or viewing of your property.
