Latest Guidance relating to Estate Agents & Home Moving

Following the recent announcements by the government we are writing to advise that, whilst we are working under strict COVID-19 guidelines, we will continue to provide viewings and valuations to clients.

With regards to viewings and valuations some of these may be virtual depending on circumstances, however we will still carry out physical appointments where possible.

Our branches remain staffed; however, we are working behind a closed-door policy and visits should only be made in an emergency or by appointment as a last resort.

All of our branches are supported by a 24/7 customer services team who are available via phone, email, and Live Chat.

With regards to ongoing sales/lets and moving we are still working with solicitors to facilitate clients’ moving. Whilst we have a dedicated sales progress team you should confirm conveyancing matters with your solicitor where possible.

We are here to help in any property matter where possible, but would ask for your patience as every situation is very individual and timescales for moving are often beyond our control, due to searches, mortgage offers and the whole process being slower.

  • Homeowners and Renters will be able to move
  • Estate Agents and Removal firms can operate.
  • Construction sites can and should continue.
  • Trades people will be able to enter homes.
