We are pleased to announce that the refurbishment works to our branch on Bridge Street in Spalding are now complete, and we are now welcoming customers back into branch.

As you know there has been a period of time where we were unable to open our branches to the wider public due to the government guidelines – although we have been operating fully for many months over the course of the pandemic. We used this time to good effect by asking D Brown Building Contractors, a well-known local firm, to upgrade our outdated shopfront to a modern and stylish standard. Branch manager Nicky Latter commented “Des and his team have done a fantastic job and we are delighted with the finished product, it really does our brand justice”.

Moving inside we engaged APSS, interior design specialists based in Lincoln. Nicky continues “The workspace has been completely transformed – flooring, furniture, lighting, decoration, promotional fixtures, the lot. I love the feature wall drone photo, and the huge map as you walk in through the door. It’s a vibrant welcoming environment for our staff and customers, and a job well done!”

You can see the results for yourself as we have produced a full 3D immersive tour of the branch – click here to see it. Did you know that we offer these tours as an add-on to our standard marketing package? Search for property on our website, and you will be able to see just how an immersive tour really sets your home apart.

We have never been in a better position to assist you with buying and selling property. The refurb signals a new beginning for our Spalding branch, with the recent promotion of Jodi Ingamells to Valuer giving us extra capacity in our team; indeed we have a vacancy for an additional valuer so if you would like to join us, all the details are here. If you would like to arrange a valuation of your home, you can do this online and by doing so you will be able to secure the date and time of your choice for your appointment. One of our valuers will visit, provide a full market appraisal, and explain all the aspects of our service.

In other news the government’s 95% mortgage guarantee scheme is now providing more options to buyers. Our Spalding branch, like all our other offices, provides free initial mortgage advice in-branch, or over the phone. Our advisor Martin Whitehead is highly experienced and qualified, and is always happy to discuss your situation. To arrange this, call 0330 912 0007.

Director Kevin Scrupps commented, “In our 30th anniversary year we have invested heavily in our Spalding office and are very excited about bringing our full service to the Town, including expanding our lettings and commercial services.”

“We have a fantastic team covering the Spalding and Holbeach areas, this investment in our premises further demonstrates our commitment to the area, and the High Street in general. Our success is based on having the right people supporting our client’s journey through all stages of buying and selling. We look forward to seeing you in branch soon to assist with all your property requirements!”
