Whilst many people continue to talk about recession and difficult times, Pygott & Crone are looking to the future with optimism and confidence.

Kevin Scrupps commented that whilst no one can dispute the last 2 years have been difficult, now is probably the time to invest in the property market. The rental market continues to experience a high demand for available property and residential sales continue to improve.
 
Whilst we are experiencing lower sales figures than the mid 2005/6 it is clear that there is an appetite for property again, we have sold subject to contract over 350 residential properties in the first quarter of 2010.
 
William Downing of Pygott & Crone Commercial also stated that commercial activity in the East Midlands is showing very positive signs with some very high profile transactions being negotiated and concluded over recent months.
