They are only intended as an example of the local services and attractions on offer, however as part of our unrivalled service it would be our pleasure to provide you with further detailed information on some of the areas you may choose to live. Lincoln

Lincoln is a modern and vibrant city with one of the fastest growing universities in the UK, which is home to the Siemens Industrial Turbo Machinery, School of Engineering.

Today Lincoln's city centre is a mix of historic cobbled streets with boutique shops and independent restaurants in the quaint Uphill Cathedral Area, where as in the main shopping areas you will find major national retailers, chain restaurants, and well know bars, pubs and clubs. Also located in the city centre is the Brayford Waterfont and Marina which offers a fantastic selection of continental style cafes overlooking the waterfront, a Doubletree by Hilton Hotel and a Multi Screen Odeon cinema.

Grimsby

The town has excellent transport links lying at the end of the A180/M180 dual carriageway and has a central train station with a regular service to Leeds and on to Manchester. The Humberside international airport is only 20 minutes away.

The town centre is a mix of pedestrianised streets and the award winning Freshney Place shopping centre which boasts over 70 stores, including Marks and Spencer, House of Frazer and BHS. There are also a large number of small independent retailers in the quaint Abbeygate Centre.

Grimsby
Grantham

Grantham

With a population in excess of 35,000 the market town of Grantham is known as the gateway to Lincolnshire being adjacent to the main A1 North - South road and situated on the London to Edinburgh East Coast Main Line taking just over an hour to arrive in Kings Cross Station.

Situated within the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, Grantham lies 26 miles south of the capital city of Lincoln and only 24 miles east of Nottingham. With its affordable property prices, good schools and great transport links it is no wonder Grantham is one of the top commuter towns in the country.

Boston

Boston is a traditional medieval market town, home of the magnificent 14th century St Botolph's Church, more commonly known as The Stump. The 14th century Stump remains one of the East of England's most imposing landmarks, and from the top of the tower there are spectacular views of The Wash estuary to the South, the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds to the North and Lincoln Cathedral to the West.

Today the town is a great place for days out, attractions, shopping and leisure. People can immerse themselves in history, heritage and culture including the town's famous Wednesday and Saturday large traditional markets, which has been established for over 450 years. The town centre is a bright airy space great for pedestrians and in addition, the market place also hosts craft fairs and the yearly Boston May Fun Fair. The towns medieval network of lanes are home to many independent shops, cafes and national retailers.

Boston
Spalding

Spalding

Running through Spalding centre is the River Welland where you can take a scenic trip on the local water taxi which runs from the town centre to the Springfield's Outlet Mall & Festival Gardens. Springfield's has over 50 big name retailers including M&S, Gap, Nike, Clarks, Radley and TM Lewin.

Located only 18 miles North of Peterborough and 15 miles South of Boston, Spalding has a regular rail service on the Lincoln Central to Peterborough line giving quick and easy access to larger cities for work, shopping or leisure. At Peterborough you join the main East Coast Rail Line which travels to London Kings Cross in under an hour.

Holbeach

Holbeach is an ancient market town, the third largest in the Lincolnshire fens and until the beginning of the 19th century the sea came within 2 miles of the town. The land drainage programs of the 18th and 19th centuries now mean that Holbeach is surround by more than 23,000 acres of reclaimed agricultural fertile land.

Holbeach is a home to a campus of the university of Lincoln. Known as the Holbeach Technology Park it is dedicated to the study of food manufacturing technology. There are 2 primary schools and a secondary school education can be found at the University Academy Holbeach.

Sleaford

Sleaford

Modern day Sleaford offers excellent and highly sought after primary and secondary school education and boasts good shopping facilities with a mixture of local and national retailers. The town still holds both a weekly traditional market and farmers market. A choice of local restaurants include Italian, Thai, Indian, Chinese, an award winning fish and chip shop and a wide range of traditional pubs.

With a population of around 18,000 the town offers superb leisure and sporting facilities. These include an indoor swimming pool; football, rugby, cricket, golf and tennis facilities combined with many local sporting clubs. The town has close links with The Royal Air Force College Cranwell, which is one of the most famous landmarks in RAF History. When it opened in 1920 it was the first military air academy in the world. The college is home to the Cranwell Aviation Heritage Centre which portrays its fascinating history.

Cleethorpes

Cleethorpes is a traditional seaside Lincolnshire town and is one of the country's most visited resorts. The town itself has a population of over 40,000 people and a total of 15 schools including primary, secondary and higher education facilities.

Our branch is located on St Peter's Avenue, an exuberant area with both independent and mainstream retailers; just a short drive away from the renowned Cleethorpes boating lake and Discovery Centre.
