The Survey and Valuation Division of Pygott & Crone has established

The Division is accredited to the exacting quality standard ISO 9002 and is appointed to the panels of the major High Street lenders for providing Scheme I Residential Bank Valuations and Scheme II Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Reports. We are also experienced in providing professional survey and valuation services for commercial lending decisions following practice guidelines in the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual together with undertaking of expert witness work for the legal profession.
