What if?

In the worst case scenario of a purchase not going ahead due to one of the following reasons:-

* Gazumping - or vendor withdrawal
* Adverse Valuation or Land Charges Search - property downvalued by more than 5%
* Change in Circumstances - death, bereavement, company relocation or redundancy

Buyer's Protection Insurance from Legal & General can cover you for up to £600 of valuation and legal fees incurred. Settlement is in the form of a voucher for up to £600, to be used against the costs of your next purchase with us.
